Thoubal, April 26 2025: DistrictLegal Services Authority, Thoubal organised a one-day legal awareness programme at Bh Manithoi Mandop in collaboration with Chaokhat Khongthang VLF.

DLSA Thoubal Panel Lawyer Adv M Swami spoke on "Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005" at the event while Adv Kh Lembisana M tackled "The Prohibition of Child Marriage Act 2006 & Rights of Women" .

The event was graced by M Mahen Singh, Pradhan (Nominee), Khangabok Part 3 GP; ward members Jibankumar M and L Ashokumar and W Geeta, president, Chaokhat Khongthang VLF .
