AR saves snake bite victims

Imphal, May 07 2019: Tulihal Battalion of 9 Sector AR under the aegis of IGAR (S) saved the lives of two snake bite victims.

In two separate incidents, a 52 year old man of Uchiwa village and a 39 year old woman of Kounthoujam village were bitten by poisonous snakes, conveyed a press release issued by IGAR (S) .

Both the snake bite victims were evacuated to the Unit Hospital located at Tulihal where they were readily attended by the medical team under Regimental Medical Officer and were administered necessary life saving treatment.

The locals expressed profound gratitude to the Bn for the noble gesture and prompt response at crucial times to save the precious life.
