Dimapur, May 20 2010: A day after NSCN-K or GPRN/NSCN top leader Kughalu Mulatonu had called NSCN-IM leader Thuingaleng Muivah a terrorist and warned the Naga civil societies who are imposing blockade along the national highways leading to Manipur, the NSCN-IM alleged that the NSCN-K leader is working for the Indian Intelligence agencies.

The NSCN-IM said today that when every single heart of the Naga community across the world is burning with emotional awakening to face the reality of Manipur state government using 'inhuman weapons of terrorism to suppress the Naga's rights' by not allowing its leader and Th Muivah to visit his native village Somdal in Ukhrul district of Manipur, 'a boy of yesterday with dubious character called Kughalu Mulatonu is again raising his ugly head but only to speak for the molestor of Naga's historical and political rights and not to speak of human rights that also governs the international law'.

The NSCN-IM said that this, however, is the person assigned with the typical mission to run down on the rights of the Nagas as voiced by NSCN under the collective leadership of chairman Isak Chishi Swu and general secretary Th Muivah.

On Wednesday, Kughalu Mulatonu who is NSCN-K (GPRN/NSCN)'s envoy to the outfit's collective leadership had voiced against those Naga civil societies who are imposing the blockade along the national highways as 'holding Manipur to ransom.

Mulatonu also called Thuingaleng Muivah as a terrorist who is making an attempt to stoke communal clashes by pledging to visit his birth place in Manipur.

Reacting to Mulatonu's outburst, the NSCN-IM today said, "Responding to the desire of the Naga people to stand together in this crucial period of Indo-Naga peace process as initiated by Forum for Naga Reconciliation(FNR) the Naga political groups were standing united and learning to show the spirit of reconciliation and unity.They decided to forgive each and work together as national workers with common objective.But here is a person in the name of Mulatonu again to identify himself as a notorious blackship of Naga family".

It also added that Mulatonu is a person who always placed himself in the opposite end of where the Nagas stand and spit venom against his own brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers.

"This is the painful reality the Nagas have learnt to notice again and again in Mulatonu.

Why is he so desperate to kill the Naga issue that he claimed to have adopted as his mission? Why is he so desperate to place himself in the status he failed to qualify so miserably ?," the NSCN-IM asks.

The statement of the NSCN-IM then said that it is already on record that whenever Nagas are in conflict with the Kukis, Mulatonu will be seen standing by the side of the Kukis, and when the Nagas are again forced to settle its account with the Meiteis in Manipur Mulatonu will be found as the advocate of the Meiteis.

"This is an exasperating experience for the whole Nagas.

But how much he is paid by the Meiteis or by the intelligence agencies at the behest of Manipur government and the Meitei community in Manipur valley ?", the NSCN-IM asks.

"Mulatonu is a mere kid yet to learn many things.

But he chose to be trained and paid by the Indian intelligence agencies.

And he remains faithful to his masters and the Nagas thus look at him with disdain," the NSCN-IM said.
