"Ashengba Iral" listed for Goa competition

Imphal, April 02 2025: "Ashengba Iral", a Manipuri feature film produced by Kshetrimayum, Subadani under the banner of Dosuyali Film Production has been selected for the Goa International Film Competition 2025.According to a press release by Dosuyali Film Production, the screenplay of the film is by Manaobi MM, direction by OC Meira and presented by Leish-na Company proprietor Leishang.

Avi Khundrakpam, Ithoi Oinam, Radhi and Nongthanganbi are some of the artistes of the film.

The film won the Best Music Director, Best Female Singer and Best Child Artiste awards in the 15th Manipur State Film Awards (2023); Best Feature Film North East and Best Director in Prag Cine Awards (20230 organised by Prag News, Guwahati; Jury Mention Award in 2nd NIRI International Film Festival (2023), Kolkata; and Best Editor and Best Child Artiste awards in SSS MANIFA (2023) .
