Kakching, April 16 2025: Kunjalata Dance Performing and Research Centre, Kakching staged 'Basanta Raas' at Shree Shree Nityananda Mandir, Wairi Senapati Leikai on Wednesday.

The event organised under the Guru Shishya Parampara Repertory Grant Scheme was attended by Manipur State Kala Akademi awardee Laishram Saratkumar Singh as chief guest and scholar and cultural activist Naorem Chandramani Singh as president.

While Kakching Khunou College retired principal Shougaijam Manitombi Devi and Kha Manipur Hindusthani Sangeet Mahavidyalaya, Kakching principal N Indumukhi Devi were guests of honour.

The 'Basanta Raas' was performed under the tutelage of Kunjalata Dance Performance and Research Centre secretary/chief functionary Kshetrimayum Kunjalata.
