Apply for certificates online: Thoubal DC

Thoubal, April 16 2025: Thoubal deputy commissioner Ahanthem Subhash has advised the public to apply through online mode for certificates related to OBC, domicile, permanent residential, income, etc., issued by offices of DC, sub-divisional officer and sub-deputy collector under Land Resource Department, as per the direction of the state government.

Addressing the media on the issue on Wednesday, DC Subhash urged the public to apply for the government-issued certificates in timely manner instead of approaching the offices as the deadline nears.

Noting that people applying for government certificates on emergency basis is creating issues for the staff in processing the same, he informed that the said certificates can be applied on Manipur e-service or district e-service websites, which will be processed after required documents are submitted and can be downloaded on completion of the process.

Subhash further urged the people to avail the online service for procuring government certificates.
