World Intellectual Property Day observed

Thoubal, April 26 2025: Waikhom Mani Girls' College (WMG) Thoubal in collaboration with Manipur Science and Technology Council (MASTEC) observed World Intellectual Property Day 2025 at the seminar hall of WMG College today.

The ceremony held under the theme of "IP and Music: Feel the beat of IP" was graced by Kengoo Zuringla, Secretary, Department of Science and Technology and member secretary of MASTEC as the chief guest; Professor Hanjabam Manoranjan Sharma, Principal, WMG College as the functional president and Dr Kh Rakesh, Director, MASTEC and DK Gopalkrishna, Scientist, National Informatics Centre as the guests of honour.

Dr Hijam Pusparani, Nodal Officer, IPR Cell delivered the keynote address while L Surjit, PIC, MASTEC gave a presentation on "IPR and Quiz" .
