Imphal, April 03 2025: Committee on Protection of Meitei Victims Moreh has expressed gratitude to authorities concerned for facilitating the issuance of PM-JAY and CMHT health cards for internally displaced persons (IDPs) from Moreh and Churachandpur, currently taking shelter at the Porompat and Akampat relief camps.

Under the aegis of the Imphal East DC, officials visited the Porompat Veterinary and Akampat relief camps to issue health cards to the displaced individuals.

Acknowledging this initiative, the committee extended its appreciation on behalf of the IDPs, stressing the significance of access to healthcare for those affected by displacement.
