Imphal, April 22 2025: Legal Aid Club 'Project G' in collaboration with District Legal Services Authority, Imphal West, organised a legal awareness campaign on 'POCSO Act, JJ Act and Basic Child Rights' at Standard Robarth Higher Secondary School, Canchipur on Tuesday.

The awareness programme was attended by Manipur Legal Services Authority deputy member secretary Sarungbam Mangaleibi Devi; Imphal West additional SP (Adm) Rk Tinaluxmi Devi, Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights legal consultant Thiyam Rajkishore, Standard Robarth school chairperson Pheiroijam Landhoni Devi and Project G Board Committee's Longjam Samson as presidium members.

Speaking at the programme, Legal Aid Club Project G in-charge Wangthoi Yengkhom informed that it has been organising awareness programmes across different sectors to educate the public on important issues and act as responsible members of the society.

Stating that the Club will continue organising legal awareness campaign in different areas, he said that clubs, institutions and mei-ra paibi groups may contact 'Project G' in case of having interest in conducting legal awareness campaign.
