Wheelchair donated for OPD patients

Imphal, April 30 2024: In connection with its third foundation day celebration, All India Lyness Clubs on Tuesday donated a wheelchair for use by OPD patients at Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS).

In addition to donating wheelchair, Manipur Branch of Lyness Clubs also distributed packaged drinking water to patients and their companions found standing in long queues at the OPD counters apart from keeping in reserve bottled water for the incoming patients.

The donations were made in the presence of JNIMS medical superintendent Dr Kh Lokeshwar Singh, Dr K Surjit Singh, All India Lyness Clubs Manipur president Th Binarani Devi, former president Dr K Komolini Devi, secretary RK Sarda Devi, treasurer Sh Sorojini Devi and other members.
