Assam Rifles organises security meet

Noney, April 28 2025: Assam Rifles organised a security meeting with chairmen of nearby villages and CSO representative at COB Tupul, Noney district on Monday.

The meeting, attended by seven representatives, was aimed at strengthening security and fostering better cooperation between the security forces and the local population.

The attendees were also requested to play their part in maintaining peace between different communities.

The meeting also discussed about cooperation from villagers for organising different events by Assam Rifles, pre-recruitment training for youth, enhancing information-sharing mechanisms, addressing security concerns, and promoting peace and stability in the region.
