Imphal, March 22 2025: The Times Group has awarded the ET Edge Onco Frontiers Award 2025 to Dr Shibashish Bhattacharyya, senior consultant in medical oncology at AOI Babina Specialty Hospital, Khabeisoi, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field of cancer care.

The prestigious award was presented during the ET Edge Onco Frontiers Summit 2025 held in Mumbai.

In a release, AOI sales and marketing head Gopen Tongbram highlighted that Dr Bhattacharyya's expertise in precision medicine continues to redefine pancer treatment, demonstrating unwavering dedication to patient-centric care for the people of Manipur.

Gopen further conveyed that the award was presented to Dr Bhattacharyya by minister of state for public health Meghna Sakore Bordikar, during the summit held on March 8.The ET Edge Onco Frontiers Summit 2025 brought together leading minds in oncology to discuss the latest breakthroughs, challenges, and opportunities in cancer care.
