TG NSS unit special camp underway

Imphal, April 28 2025: A week-long special camping programme of the NSS Unit of TG Higher Secondary School commenced on Sunday at the school campus.

NSS Imphal West district coordinator Dr Th Bimol (State NSS awardee), school principal Dr Veenita Elangbam, and vice-principal N Femina attended the inaugural function during which tree saplings were planted inside the school campus.

Around 150 NSS volunteers are participating in the camp, which will have various sessions including resource persons delivering talks on topics covering cleanliness, female hygiene, single usd plastic wastes, and bank literary among others.

A team of Imphal police station will conduct a special session on cyber-crime.

Moreover, different activities such as sport's, cultural programmes and yoga sessions will also be held during the camp.
