Training of BLOs for Tadubi by-poll ends

Senapati, April 03 2025: The two-day training programme for Booth Level Officers (BLOs) of Tadubi AC concluded on Thursday at the DRDA conference hall, here.

The training, conducted by National Level Master Trainers (NLMTs), focused on the Special Summary Revision (SSR) with respect to April 1, 2025, as the qualifying date, ahead of the upcoming by-election in the constituency.

The resource persons, Jayamadhav P and Har-ishilpa GR, both NLMTs from Karnataka, provided comprehensive guidance on the use of digital tools such as the BLO App and the Voters Helpline App (VHA) for filling and form submission and other BLO-related activities.

Additionally, the trainers reviewed the assessment exercises conducted the previous day.

The training session featured interactive discussions, during which BLOs engaged with the trainers to clarify doubts.

Self-evaluation exercises were conducted to enhance familiarity with the forms and the procedural approach in their respective areas of work.

The trainers also highlighted common mistakes and errors observed during the exercises and provided corrective measures to improve accuracy in the upcoming SSR process.

Also, constructive feedback and suggestions were shared by the trainees, contributing to the overall enhancement of the training programme.

A total of 81 BLOs, representing 81 polling stations of Tadubi (ST) AC, successfully completed the training programme.

Outstanding BLOs were felicitated with tokens of appreciation by the NLMTs.

The event was attended by S Lunguiba Thangal, ERO 47-Karong (ST) AC; Ningreingam Leisan, ERO 48-Mao (ST) AC; Sheveine, ERO 49-Tadubi (ST) AC, along with SDOs, DLOs, and staff from the Election Office.
