Thoubal, March 27 2025: Sangeet Academy, Kakching Sumak Leikai under the guidelines of Ministry of Culture, Government of India showcased a production of 'Nupa Khubak Eshei' at the academy Shanglen located at Kakching Sumak.

The event was attended by N Mohendra, retd Principal of Kakching Khunou College as chief guest, Kshetri Bir, Sahitya Akademi awardee and president of Sangeet Academy, Kakching Sumak Leikai as president and Nabadeepp, Guru of Sangeet Academy, Kakching as guest of honour.

Speaking at the event, Ksh Nimai said that Sangeet Academy Kakching, under the guidelines of the Ministry of Culture, Govt of India, has been organising various productions every year.

"With the aim to promote and preserve the cultures of Manipur, the today's production of Nupa Khubak Eshei' was showcased today being guided by the gurus of the academy," said Ksh Nimai.
