CME on critical care practices organised

Shija Hospitals & Research Institute (SHRI) in collaboration with Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine (ISCCM), Imphal City Branch organised a Continuing Medical Education (CME) to Elevate Critical Care Practices at the Shija auditorium on April 28.In a release, SHRI deputy manager-business development Takhellambam Premkumar informed that the CME was attended by 36 delegates from the medical fraternity in the city.
Distinguished speakers enriched the sessions with their expertise as SHRI consultant nephrologist Dr Guliver Potsangbam delivered a talk on 'Choice and Dosing of Antibiotics in Renal Failure' and JNIMS Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine assistant professor Dr S Pahel Meitei shared insights on 'Lung Infections in the Immunocompromised'.
JNIMS Division of Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine associate professor Dr P Sarat Singh and RIMS Department of Anaesthesia & Critical Care Medicine associate professor Dr L Chaoba Singh were present as moderators of the CME held to disseminate and apply the latest national and international guidelines for critical care to ICU patients in Imphal city, and enhance patient outcomes and healthcare standards.
