ARPS Mantripukhri holds Empathy Art Festival

The Assam Rifles Public School (ARPS), Mantrupukhri organised a stimulating yet powerful two days "Empathy Art Festival - I am with you", as a part of Project Empathy from April 24 to 25, 2025 .
As per a release issued by Dr Alka Jain, Principal, ARPS Mantripukhri, the festival was organised to foster emotional connection and compassion among the students through their creative expressions in different art forms.
The festival consisted of diverse range of art forms such as post-card writing, poetry recitation, individual artwork and graffiti art on empathetic themes such as, "Walk in my shoes", "Dear stranger, you are not alone", "The kindness I carry", "Empathy in diversity", etc.
Students actively participated in various art forms where they explored their emotional depths, demonstrated compassion and kindness, bridged emotional gaps, understood different perspectives and built stronger & meaningful connections.
The festival was also organised across all Assam Rifles Public Schools and 7 schools were nominated to attend the two days "Empathy Art Festival" held at ARPS, Laitkor, Shillong.
ARPS Mantripukhri was one of the nominated schools where 8 students and 2 teachers of ARPS visited Shillong.
The "Empathy Art Festival" served as a powerful and emotional tool for the students where they were able to share their thoughts, promote a deeper understanding of diverse experiences and promote meaningfill conversations.
