Imphal, April 24 2025: Shija Hospitals & Research Institute Pvt Ltd (SHRI) has received the "Strong Commitment to HR Excellence" award at the 15th CII National HR Excellence Awards 2024-25 .

The event took place on March 27, 2025 at The Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai.

According to a SHRI press release, the award marks a significant milestone in Shija Hospitals' ongoing commitment to building a purpose-driven, people-first organisation that champions excellence in human resource development and organisational culture.

The CII National HR Excellence Awards are among India's most respected recognitions, aimed at celebrating outstanding HR practices that drive organisational excellence, foster innovations, and align human resource strategies with business goals to enhance performance and sustainability.

"This recognition highlights Shija Hospitals' unwavering dedication to fostering a culture of care, learning, inclusivity, and high performance - pillars that not only support superior patient outcomes but also enhance employee growth and engagement," the release said.

With a 39-year legacy, SHRI has grown from a small clinic into a super specialty hospital and the first NABH-accredited medical college hospital in Northeast India.

The institution aims to become a globally recognised medical centre by 2029, focusing on patient care, academic excellence, and advancing healthcare standards, it added.
