De Jure Govt of Manipur (Exile Govt) reopens its arguments on legitimacy of his govt
Source: IT News

Imphal, December 26 2020: Self Proclaimed Chief Minister of the De Jure Government of Manipur (Exile Govt.) Yambem Biren today said that the Government of India is still not trying to understand on who made the political arrangement in India Empire of India.

In a lengthy statement the self proclaimed Chief Minister said that the political arrangement in India was made by the British under the policy of His Majesty's Government and British laws.

Burma was separated from India in 1937 under the Government of India Act 1935 as a separated State.

Further, the Manipur State, which was an Indian State also excluded from India - Empire of India in 1946 under the Government of India Act 1935 as an excluded State.

The territory of the State of Manipur demarcated from India when excluded the State from India and was remained as a separate Country.

The people who are living in the territory of Manipur are the Manipuri they are not Indians.

As a nation, the group of communities are living in the territory of Manipur.

The statement further said that the territories of India divided and created two Dominions as independent Dominion of India and Pakistan under the Indian Independence Act 1947 .

The Dominion of India remained as a part of the India - Empire of India and the Dominion of Pakistan become a separate country since 15 August 1947.The independent Dominions are not a sovereign State.

The Indian States of Jammu and Kashmir and Tripura were acceded to the Dominion of India now the State of India means a Union of India by executing the Instrument of Accession after lapsing the suzerainty over the Indian States on and after 15 August 1947 under the Indian Independence Act 1947 and India (Provisional Constitution) Order 1947 which is a provisional Constitution of India.

The Jammu and Kashmir and Tripura have remained as acceding States.

The acceding States are not a part of India means the territory of the Jammu and Kashmir and Tripura does not include in the region of India under Section 219 (3) of the provisional Constitution of India of 1947.All Merger Agreement including the Manipur Merger Agreement initiated by the Indian Government is an illegal and fake document.

The Instrument of Accession signed by the head of the States, on the part of Jammu and Kashmir, signed by Hari Singh the Maharaja of Jammu and Kashmir as a Ruler and on the part of India-Empire of India and India-Dominion of India signed by Lord Mountbatten the Governor-General who is the Governor-General of India and Governor-General of the Dominion of India.

Mountbatten, as a British Prince, was representing His Majesty the King, Emperor of India and he was the head of the State of India-Empire of India and executive authority of the India -Dominion of India.

The Dominion of India was a part of India-Empire of India which is an independent and sovereign State (Empire), but the Dominion of India is independent.

Since lapses, the suzerainty over the Indian States on and after 15 August 1947 the States of Jammu and Kashmir and Tripura have not remained as a part of India-Empire of India; therefore, they became an independent and sovereign States with external sovereignty.

The Indian States cannot accede to the Dominion of India by signing the Instrument of Accession on and before 14 August 1947 because external sovereignty of the Indian States as a part of India-Empire of India has been exercising by India under the Crown suzerainty.

The State of Jammu and Kashmir and Tripura has become a unit of the Union - Union of India since accession to the Dominion now a Union.

It is a political Union.

The Union is a group of sovereign States.

The external sovereignty of the State of Jammu and Kashmir and Tripura are sharing with India- Empire of India since the States acceding to the Dominion of India now a Union of India.

The Dominion of India became the State of India now a Union of India since 26 January 1950.India - State of India is a new State created by the Republic Constitution of India.

It means that one constitution creates only one State.

Manipur is an independent and sovereign country in South Asia.

The De jure Government of Manipur in exile in London now remind again to the Indian Government that does not interfere in the internal sovereignty of the State of Manipur.

The Republic Constitution of India maybe operated and confined in the territories of India, not in the territory of the independent Manipur.

The Naga Hills now Nagaland in India and Lushi Hills now Mizoram in India and Baluchistan in Pakistan was the Tribal Areas under the Government of India Act 1935 and the Indian Independence Act 1947 .

The Tribal Areas are a Tribe not a Kingdom nor a State.

The Tribe is a progressive growth to become a Kingdom or State.

We have every official document which is relevant to the present Naga issues of the Naga Hills now Nagaland in India.

If the Indian Government has an intention to sit with the De jure Government of Manipur over the issues of the Naga Hills now Nagaland in India, in that case, we are always ready to sit with the Indian Government.

The Tribal Areas can accede to the Dominion of India as provided a provision under Section 7 of the Indian Independence Act 1947 .

The people and citizen of the State of Manipur and the State of Burma who is living in these countries cannot be treated as an Indian.

The De jure Government of Manipur repeatedly reminding to the Indian Government that please try to understand how the British made the political arrangement in India.

The Indian Government had done many substantive illegal acts against the British law and international law in respect of the independent Manipur.

It is also a fact that if Indian Government interfered in the political arrangement made by British laws His Majesty in Council has constitutional jurisdiction to justify the illegal acts of the Indian Government under Article 374(3) of the Republic Constitution of India.

India, as a member of the United Nations, does not try to infringe in the internal sovereignty of the independent and sovereign State of Manipur.

It is the right time for us to come together as a Nation.
