109 Bn CRPF conducts wreath laying ceremony

Imphal, April 25 2025: On the occasion of35th death anniversary of Shaheed CT/GD Md Abdullah of 07 Bn CRPF, who attained martyrdom on April 25, 1990, the 109 Bn CRPF Mongsangei, Imphal West organised a wreath laying ceremony at his home town in Kakching district today.

The programme was organized in the presence of Henge Eshi Asst Commandant-109 Bn, and personnel of 109 BN, CRPF, ML Zulfiqar Alam- President, All Sora Clubs Coordinating Committee, martyr's family and villagers of his home town.

Speaking at the event, Anil Kumar, Second-In-Command 109 Bn, said that the gathering was held to pay respect and homage to Shaheed CT/GD Md Abdullah, who laid down his life for the sake of the Nation and its people.

"His selfless act will always be remembered and cherished.

As we stand here today, we again remember Shaheed CT/GD Md Abdullah's unwavering commitment to our Nation's values and principles.

We honour his memory and reiterate our pledge to uphold the ideals for which he fought.

We offer our heartfelt condolences to the family of Shaheed CT/GD Md Abdullah and salute his bravery and sacrifice," said Anil Kumar during the ceremony.
