Thoubal, March 25 2025: The "Capacity Building Programme" for Managers and Secretaries of PACS organised by National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI)-CEFT, Thoubal was concluded today at the office of NCUI-CEFP, Thoubal.

The closing event of the capacity building programme was attended by Jeena Potshangbam, chairperson of NCUL Project Coordination Committee, Manipur and Governing Council Member, NCUI New Delhi, L Tompishak, president, Manipur State Co-operative Union, L Manglemba Singh, member, Manipur State Cooperative Union, Th Santosh Singh, member, Manipur State Co-operative Union, L Jamesbond, inspector CS DCO, Thoubal, and K Bidhyabati Devi, project officer, NCUI-CEFP Thoubal.
