Imphal, April 25 2025: A Mass Anti-Rabies Vaccination Programme was conducted under the aegis of All Manipur United Clubs' Organisation (AMUCO) at New Keithelmanbi, Imphal West district today.

The programme was organised by UYC New Keithelmanbi, Imphal West in collaboration with Veterinary Office Imphal.

Speaking on the occasion, AMUCO executive member M Menao said that the programme was conducted in order to curb the spread of rabies among domesticated animals like cats and dogs.

Highlighting that AMUCO in collaboration with its affiliate clubs have been conducting vaccination programmes across the State, he appealed to the people to take advantage of such programmes and get their cats and dogs vaccinated.

Around 120 cats and dogs received anti-rabies vaccine during the programme.
