Training / Mock Drill on Disaster Management held at Thoubal

Thoubal, April 21 2025: A one-day Training cum Mock Drill on Disaster Management was conducted today at Thoubal organised by the District Quality Assurance Unit of District Health Society, Thoubal.

During the training program held at the Election Counting Hall of DC Thoubal Complex, the officials of State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) gave an in-depth training on disaster response and demonstrated mock drill on safety measures to the medical staff of District Health Society.

As part of the event, Deputy Commissioner Thoubal, Ahanthem Subhash distributed Kayakalp Award for the year 2023-24 & 2024-25 .

For the year 2023-24, Kayakalp Award of the State Level Committee and District Level Committee were handed to District Hospital Thoubal with commendation award of Rs 3 lakh, PHC Lilong with a winner award of Rs 2 lakh, PHC Charangpat with a commendation award of Rs 50,000, AAM Khekman with a winner award of Rs 1 lakh, and AAM Haokha with a runners up of Rs 50,000 .

For 2024-5, CHC Yairpok received a commendation award of Rs 1 lakh, PHC Lilong with a winner award of Rs 2 lakh, PHC Charangpat, PHC Khongjom, PHC Nongpok Sekmai and PHC Phouden with a sum of Rs 50,000 each as commendation award while AAM Thokchom Bengi received a winner award of Rs 1 lakh, AMM Wangkhem with runners up of Rs 50,000.The 11 AMM were also handed a commendation award of Rs 25,000 each.
