Thoubal, April 16 2025: As part of Government programme, Association of Voluntary Blood Donors Manipur (AVBDM), Thoubal District Branch under the supervision of District Administration Thoubal will be organising "15th Mega Voluntary Blood Donation Awareness Campaign cum Camp" in connection with observance of the Khongjom Day on April 23, 2025 .

The secretary of AVBDM in a release informed that the blood donation camp will be held on Apr 23, 2025 from 9 am to 2 pm at Khongjom War Memorial Complex.

The camp will be conducted in collaboration with District Police HQ Thoubal, NYK Thoubal, Waikhom Mani Girls College Thoubal, LIONS Club of Thoubal Greater Centurion, Voluntary Donor Group Manipur, Association of Voluntary Blood Donors Manipur, Thoubal District Branch, Department of Transfusion Medicine, RIMS Lamphelpat, Blood Centre & Transfusion Unit, JNIMS Porompat and District Hospital Thoubal, Khangabok supported by the State Blood Cell, NHM Manipur and MACS/STBC Imphal.

In this connection, the AVBDM appeals the people of the State to donate their blood during die camp to be held on April 23 at Khongjom War Memorial Complex.
