Imphal, April 16 2025: The Sagolband Constituency Progressive Committee (SCPC) in collaboration with the Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC), Sagolband organised an "Ayushman Arogya Shivir - Free Health Camp" at the newly inaugurated Shree Shree Radha Mandap (Hall) at Sagolband Salam Leikai Mamang Leirak.

The camp was conducted under the supervision of Sagolband AC MLA RK Imo Singh, wherein over 130 residents availed free health services, said a press release issued by Ng Shashikanta Singh, PRO to MLA.

The camp offered a range of essential services to the public, including screening for early diagnosis of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), tuberculosis (TB), breast, oral, and cervical cancers, blood pressure and diabetes; awareness sessions on PM-JAY (Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana); creation of ABHA IDs under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) for attendees; facilitation of Ayushman Bharat Health Cards under AB-PM-JAY for eligible citizens; eye and general medicine OPD; laboratory tests and free medicines and immunisation services.
