Imphal, April 22 2025: The 20th Sachipu Inaat Ngaikhang Kummei organised by Ima Leishem Inaat Loishang came to a close today at Panthou Eeshaikol-nung, Nongpok Chingu Thong Meitei Laikol, Thallo Sipi Lok, Nongmaiching in Imphal East.

The closing ceremony was graced by Professor Paonam Gunindro, Vice Chancellor, Manipur University of Culture; Professor Sagolsem Lanchenba Meetei, Principal, DM College of Arts and Meitram Sumatibala, president, Ima Leishem Inaat Loishang as the chief guest, guest of honour and functional president respectively.

At the event, Pali Award 2025 was bestowed on Laishram Mema from Sagolband Kangabam Leikai; Ningthoujam Itomba from Keirao Bitra Awang Leikai and Ningthoujam Tomba Meitei from Uyumpok Mayai Leikai.

The award comes with Rs 50,000 in cash and a citation.
