AHPI, DMU representatives call on Governor Bhalla

Imphal, April 16 2025: Representatives of the Association of Healthcare Providers of India (AHPI) and Dhanamanjuri University separately called on Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla today at Raj Bhavan.

The Association of Healthcare Providers of India team was led by Dr Kh Palin Singh and they briefed the Governor on the financial challenges faced by the healthcare sector due to resource constraints in centrally and State funded schemes.

Meanwhile, the Dhanamanjuri University team was led by Professor Chandbabu Singh, Vice Chancellor, DMU .

They briefed Governor Bhalla about the administrative and infrastructural challenges faced by the faculties and requested assistance from Raj Bhavan.

They also invited the Governor to visit Dhanamanjuri University campus.

In response, the Governor assured them of his attention on the matter and acknowledged their concerns.
