KIIT secures 92.5% placement rate for 2025 batch, led by Microsoft & NVIDIA

KIIT Deemed to be University (KIIT-DU) has solidified its reputation as a placement powerhouse, achieving a 92.5% overall placement conversion for the 2025 graduating batch amid a tough global job market.
Over 757 companies visited the campus, extending around 4,621 job offers to approximately 5,000 eligible students across disciplines, said a release.
The KIIT School of Technology (KSOT) spearheaded the success, with 451 companies making more than 3,800 offers at an average CTC of Rs 8.5 LPA .
A standout 739 students received multiple offers, including over 1,500 "dream offers" above Rs 10 LPA from 59 firms.
Microsoft led with the highest package of Rs 51 LPA, followed by NVIDIA at Rs 36.28 LPA, reflecting KIIT's edge in AI, computing, and engineering.
Mass recruiters like TCS (530 offers) and Wipro (342 offers) hired extensively, while 1,209 paid internships provided early exposure.
Other high-paying recruiters included Human Resocia (Rs 44.52 LPA), Hike (Rs 41.70 LPA), and PayPal (Rs 36.50 LPA) .
The top 10 list also featured ITAGAKI Corporation (Rs 28.98 LPA), Juspay (Rs 27 LPA), Cisco (Rs 24.73 LPA), and DE Shaw (Rs 24.30 LPA) .
Performance across schools was impressive: KIIT School of Management (KSOM) garnered 401 offers from 161 companies, with a highest of Rs 20 LPA and average Rs 7.25 LPA; Rural Management (KSRM) hit 100% placement via 51 firms (highest Rs 20.71 LPA, average Rs 5.75 LPA); Biotechnology (KSBT) reached 85% (highest Rs 8 LPA); and Law (KSOL) drew 52 firms like Wadia Ghandy & Co (highest Rs 9.6 LPA, average Rs 4.5 LPA) .
The momentum continues into 2026 placements, already at 70% conversion midway, with KSOT securing 3,000+ offers from 175+ companies, including 1,200 dream offers.
Infosys and Accenture are among early heavy hirers.
KIIT founder Dr Achyuta Samanta attributed the results to a focus on quality and relevance.
