Foundation stone laid for Arts Block, UNACCO College

Imphal, April 16 2025: The foundation stone laying ceremony of UNACCO College, Arts Block was held today at the Multipurpose Hall of the College located at Khongman Zone III, Imphal East.

The event was graced by Kuldip Chand Agnihotri, former Vice Chancellor and (Advisor) Ministry of Culture, Government of India as the chief guest.

Speaking on the occasion, Kuldip Agnihotri lauded the initiatives undertaken by UNACCO Group in the field of education.

The upcoming Arts Block of UNACCO College will not only benefit the students of Manipur but the entire North Eastern region, he added.

Meanwhile, N Irabanta Singh, Chairman, UNACCO College said that the Arts Block will be functional in time for the new academic session beginning in July.

He assured to add more departments in the College and provide quality education to the students.

Notably, Professor W Chandbabu Singh, Vice Chancellor, DM University and Professor Paonam Gunindro Singh, Vice-Chancellor, Manipur University of Culture (MUC) were present as guests of honour.
