Imphal, April 21: Two suspects pulled up in connection with the killing of L Inaothoibi alias Shanti at the paddy field of Tekcham Awang Leikai under Kakching police station on April 9 have been granted bail by the CJM Thoubal today.

The two suspects freed on bail are identified as Chungkham Nitai (40) of Tekcham Mayai Leikai and Nongthonbam Ibomcha of Wangbal.

Whereas Nitai was picked up by police from his home on April 12, Ibomcha surrendered to Yairipok police station on the same day.
