Imphal, September 14 2012:
With application forms for the Teachers' Eligibility Test (TET) being issued only at Raja Dumbra Singh English School, Palace Gate, aspiring candidates are facing lots of inconveniences.
Even though the forms would be issued from September 12 to 29, candidates coming from different districts of the State are flocking at the school thereby creating lots of congestion and rush.
Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BSEM) Secretary Rajmohan said that the application forms would not be issued in other districts but the same forms would be made available at three/four other places within Imphal in the next two/three days.
He also refused to name the places where the forms would be issued.
On the other hand, aspiring candidates wish that application forms are made available at the offices of ZEOs and all district headquarters.
They further suggested that the application forms should be made available through internet for downloading.
They were visibly annoyed on seeing that application forms are being issued at a single place.
