SHADC continues organising health camp

Considering the importance of healthy living and the need to spread awareness on health education so as to make Sadar Hills a healthy one, the Autonomous District Council Sadar Hills moved on with its symphathetic Free Medical Camp within Sadar Hills.
Today the second free medical camp organised and sponsored by the ADC was conducted at T Gamnom Village situated around 25 Km from Saikul Hill Town in Saikul Sub-Division within Sadar Hills under Medical Department of ADC Sadar Hills led by Lunthang Haokip, EM (Med&Vety), ADC Sadar Hills.
Chairman ADC Sadar Hills Haokholal Hangshing accompanied by his better half Tingneilhing Hangshing along with others EM and members of ADC Sadar Hills also visited the camp at T Gamnom Village.
More than 450 patients in and within the surrounding of T Gamnom village availed the facilities of today's ADC Sadar Hills free medical camp.
Lunthang Haokip, EM(Med.&Vety) pointed out that not even a single PHSC has been found existing in this area covering more than 70/80 villages.
Considering the non-availability of medical facilities in this area the ADC Sadar Hills is very much concern about the health of the people of this area and hence the camp being organised today, he said.
He also appealed the general public to cooperate with ADC Sadar Hills and make the mission a success.
