Jiribam, August 10 2015:
Loaded trucks are likely to start taking the Barak bridge from August 12 as the repairing work on the bridge is expected to complete almost immediately.
As per a report from Jiri News Network on Monday, hundreds of goods-laden trucks are still stranded in different parts of Imphal East's Jiribam subdivision for more than two weeks after the Barak bridge was snapped.

At the moment, 300 loaded trucks are stranded at Jiribam's Leingangpokpi, 50 at Barak and 25 at Imphal.
But passenger vehicles are passing the bridge by making their passengers walk on foot over it.
