Imphal, August 30:
In compliance with the State Government proposal, the Planning Commission is informed to have increased the 2005-06 plan size by an additional amount of Rs 40 crore making the total allocation Rs 955 crore.
Informed source conveyed that the additional allocation is being provided to develop irrigation infrastructure and power reforms among other sectors and added the State Planning Board is carrying out re-allocation process to departments concerned.
