Imphal, January 20 2015:
All Manipur Newspaper Sales and Distributors Association has urged the general public to put their dogs in chain and not to let them loose.
Association secretary W Ajit said that in view of various reported cases of dog bite and subsequent loss of lives, newspaper hawkers are worried that they would be bitten by dogs when they go to distribute newspapers at different localities.
