Imphal, October 31:
Reacting to the news item published on the October 31 issue of this paper under the caption, "UNLF details counter-offensive dates," the army authorities today said that the claims made by the UNLF were just a figment of their imagination without any truth.
In a statement issued by PIB Defence Wing, the army authorities said that on the contrary a large number of underground cadres have been forced to relocate from their well established bases with some of them even crossing the border to escape the army's dragnet.
