CSF and Morning Bell collaborate with MICWS to support cancer patients

Chhabi Sahayog Foundation (CSF), an NGO working towards providing love and support to cancer patients in India and its partner the Morning Bell Daily of Manipur announced their association with Mon Indigenous Culture and Welfare Society (MICWS) in West Kameng district, Arunachal Pradesh.
A press release issued by CSF said that under the aegis of chairman of MICWS, Chhabi Sahayog Foundation and the Society will collaborate to enhance cancer care awareness, screening and other cancer care and prevention related activities in Arunachal Pradesh and in other North Eastern States and will cater to the needs of the section of people who have no access and means to afford basic cancer prevention and treatment facilities.
The CSF also extended gratitude to Khandu Thungon and his associates for their support in facilitating the collaboration.
Further free counselling will be provided to cancer patients of Arunachal Pradesh recommended by MICWS and CSF will assist in their treatment in Mumbai and Delhi along with regular awareness and screening programs.
It may be noted that the volunteers of CSF have been extending best possible help to cancer patients belonging to economically vulnerable sections of the society living on the roadside near Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai during this difficult time of the pandemic by distributing essential items and providing services like thermal screening, free medical counselling etc.
