UG/PG examinations of colleges affiliated to Mangalore University from Sep 16

The final year UG/PG examination of Manipuri students belonging to various affiliated colleges and departments of Mangalore University will begin at Manipur International University Administrative HQ situated at Ghari Awang Leikai, Imphal from September 16.Manipur International University has been declared as a special examination centre of Mangalore University for helping hundreds of Manipuri students studying with various affiliated colleges of Mangalore University who have returned back to the State due to the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic situation.
The examinations are expected to be held till the second week of October 2020 .
The examinations will be conducted in a free and fair manner and also strictly following the COVID-19 SOPs as issued by the State and Central Government including wearing of face masks and maintaining social distance etc.
Manipur International University is an autonomous State international university established and recognised by Government of Manipur.
Mangalore University is one of the reputed Universities in South India situated in Mangalore of Karnataka State.
Many prominent institutions such as Alva's College (Moodbidri), Vivekananda College (Puttur), Shree Devi College (Mangalore), Sharada College (Mangalore) etc are affiliated to Mangalore University.
Dr Th Radheshyam Singh, Education Minister will be visiting the MIU campus at 9.30 am on September 16 to supervise the arrangements and guide the students who are appearing the examinations, said officials.
