HRD Minister promises special package

Union Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar has announced that the Central Government would soon provide a special package in order to bring rapid development in Manipur.
Speaking at a one-day political conference held at Nambol Bazar under BJP Nambol Mandal today, Prakash Javadekar stated that a girls' higher secondary school would be set up within Nambol AC shortly.
BJP Nambol Mandal president Salam Brajamani, BJP State election management committee convenor Th Chaoba, MLA Kh Joykishan, BJP Manipur Pradesh spokesperson N Mangi, BJP Manipur Pradsh executive member P Saratchandra and Thounaojam Basantakumar who is seeking BJP ticket in Nambol AC were also present at the political conference.
Prakash Javadekar remarked that long queues in front of LPG agencies were a common sight in Manipur a few years back but no long queues could be seen these days in front of LPG agencies since the Narendra Modi-led Government came to power.

Talking about NH 150 which connects Imphal with Mizoram through Churachandpur, Prakash Javadekar claimed that Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari has already assured to upgrade the highway to the status of a four-lane highway.
