The JAC has been launching the stir as the Govt has failed to fulfil the demands made by them.
The JAC announced the stir yesterday after a general council meeting of the JAC at their office.
Prior to this, the JAC representatives held a meeting with the State Government officials led by the Chief Secretary regarding their 29 point charter of demands.
The Chief Secretary was understood to have told the JAC delegates that their demands are the prerogative of the State Cabinet.
The JAC's demands, amongst others included clearance of DA/DR, implementation of SCA and other components of the 6th Pay Commission.
