MaolKeki scholarship awarded to Noney student

Imphal, September 22 2021:
The MaolKeki Foundation has announced that the 2021 MaolKeki Memorial Scholarship will be offered to a third year student of Chemistry (Honours) degree of St Stephen's College, Delhi namely Khamsinchung Nicholas Pamei of Khoupum Satudai in Noney district.
While informing that scholarship was awarded on Wednesday at St Stephen's College, the Foundation said Nicholas has been selected for annual cash scholarship for his excellent academic performance, integration and immersion into college life by participating in various extra-curricular activities.
Khamsinchung has an average of 9.5/10 SGPA in the university examinations and he is also an active member of the Northeast Society and College volleyball team.
He is the son of Sangamdailiu Pamei and (L) Gaithaodimpou Pamei and is the youngest of five sisters and two brothers.
His education has been supported by a sister who is a banker and he completed high school from Don Bosco School Sechu Zubza, Kohima, Nagaland, and higher secondary school from Herbert School, Changangei, Imphal West.
MaolKeki Foundation is a pioneering organisation established with the purpose of catalysing positive development in Manipur, India, primarily in the areas of agriculture, education and healthcare.
The scholarship is given after a break in 2020 as the amount was used to help St Stephen's College Covid Resilience Fund that supported over 50 students impacted by Covid.
