Purpose of life and respecting the dignity of life has lost its ground.
The Naga Women's Union (NWU) strongly condemned the gruesome acts of violence against women the incident of abduction and cold blooded murder of N.Satyabhama by a gang and the rape and attempted murder of a housewife in Ukhrul on April 4, another mysterious murder of a young woman recovered on March 28 by the police with a bullet wound and signs of strangulation on the neck partially buried at a spot adjacent to the interstate bus terminus near Purana bazaar, Dimapur and the molestation of a young girl at Dimapur Railway Station by a 26 year old Surful Islam.
