Kuki Students' Organization, Sadar Hills submitted a representation to Chief Minister Okram Ibobi putting forward various demands to the State Government today.
The representation signed by the student body's chief Thangminlen Kipgen urged the State Government to post adequate doctors at Community Health Centre (CHC) and to reinstate all powers entitled to Additional DC, Kangpokpi as well as to rectify the designation of "Addl.

Talking to media persons at Kanggui this evening, Thangminlen Kipgen asserted that the Community Health Centre at Kanggui currently has only two doctors posted at the centre which accounts for the sticky functioning of the centre and severe inconveniences faced by the patients.
Community Health Centre at Kanggui is the only CHC in Sadar Hills where more than one lakh people belonging to various community settled and it is the top priority basic needs of the denizens, KSO Sadar Hills chief said, adding that posting of only two doctors at such health centre clearly signifies the indifferent attitude of the State Government under the leadership of Okram Ibobi.
