Winter holiday home concludes

Imphal, December 22 2017: The 4th Winter Holiday Home Camp organised by Beneficial Club Meitram (BCM) in association with College of Social Work (CSW) was concluded today at BCM complex, Meitram Awang Leikai, Imphal .

Kodompokpi Zila Parishad ex-member L Surchandra, Kodompokpi Gram Panchayat Pradhan Thokchom Nanda, CSW governing body member I Ibotombi, BCM president N Ningthemjao, BCM advisor Kh Achou, BCM founder secretary Kh Chandrakumar and Rising Committee Meitram Awang secretary K Ahongjao attended the closing ceremony as presidium members .

The camp, which began from December 13, was participated by more than 30 participants from different districts of the State .

Different classes on personality development, health, cleanliness, discipline, child rights, sports, adventure sports, environment, spiritual development, arts and culture, leadership, social service and integrity were organised during the 10-day residential event .

Interactions with resource persons, renowned film actor Thoithoi popularly known as Mombi and parents were also organised .

Daily classes of Yoga and aerobic exercise as well as PT sessions were also conducted during the camp .

Cultural performances were also staged as part of the closing ceremony .

The campers will leave for their homes on Saturday.
