PREPAK greets on International Human Rights Day (2)

Imphal, December 10 2015:
The proscribed People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) mentioned that the resolution no 1514 (xv) of United Nations General Assembly adopted the "Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples" in December 14, 1960 .
"Though every human being in the world has the right to enjoy the right to self-determination, Government of India continues to suppress these rights.
Moreover, the Government of India has been trying to disintegrate the erstwhile independent monarchy kingdom Manipur, which own more than 2000 years of history.
She also engages in divide and rule policy among the indigenous hills and valley communities and separates the age-old bond of love between them", alleged the statement.
PREPAK also called the people of Manipur to be united saying that "it will not bring the right solution by fighting separately for the same goal but the secret agenda of the Government of India need to be understand by all and fight for betterment of the society and future generations." "When people are united and started fighting against such a dangerous form of government, only then people will meet their rights to live which we are always demanding and fighting for," alleged PREPAK and called all to remember it on the International Human Rights Day.
