Imphal, May 13 2013:
Complaining that some staff of State Bank of India, Paona Bazar branch are not properly attending the visitors and customers of the bank, some customers have drawn attention of the higher authority of the bank in this regard.
According to them, one of the staff today hurled abusive language to a girl visitor namely.
N Bidyapati.
They said that the girl came to the branch to draw out a demand draft.
Even as the girl enquired a staff at the pass book entry counter whether her draft was ready or not, the staff responded that it was printing.
Bidyapati then enquired the same after she stood in the queue for some time.
The staff then allegedly rebuked the girl asking her whether she did not see that the draft was printing.
Peeved with the attitude of the staff, Bidyapati fired back to the staff asking why the matter was not told to her properly.
After a while, Bidyapati was called inside the office chamber of the bank manager by the staff and scolded her severely.
