CM urges ticket seekers to back leaders1 choice

It is impossible to issue BJP ticket to all the intending candidates and a constituency cannot have more than one MLA, stated chief minister N Biren Singh and urged people to support the candidate who gets BJP ticket in the ensuing election and stay peacefully.
Attending as chief guest of the one-day political conference organised by BJP Wangkhem Mandal on Thursday at Wangkhem ground, chief minister N Biren Singh said that a survey relating to issuance of BJP ticket is being carried out at present and party's national leaders who are assessing the survey are utilising service of intelligence agents in this regard and those who get ticket based on the survey will be fortunate.
He then urged, voters to collective ly support the candidate chosen by the party's central leadership based on the survey.
BJP leaders are visiting every nook and corner of the state and consulting with villagers so that a BJP alone government could be formed after the ensuing election, N Biren said, while adding that it is the commitment of BJP leaders to live up to the expectation and satisfaction of people of the state.
The political conference was also attended by works minister Th Biswajit, education S Rajen, Rajya Sabha MP Leisemba Sana-jaoba, MLA Paonam Brojen and important functionaries of BJP Manipur Pradesh and Thoubal district Mandal.
