Dr Jugindra invited for International conference in Singapore

.Sof Shija Hospitals & Research Institute, Langol would be attending the first International Conference on 'Humanitarian Medical Missions Volunteers Beyond Borders' to be held in Singapore from October 30 to November 1, 2014, according to a release of the Institute.
Dr Jugindra has also received a special invitation to become a panel member of the International task force for voluntary health services across the world.
A press release issued today by Premkumar Takhellambam, Asst.
Manager, Business Development, Shija Hospitals and Research Institute informed that the other representatives on this task force panel are NGOs like Interplast, Australia and New Zealand, Operation Smile Singapore, UK and China, Health Frontiers, and Singapore International Foundation.
One of the goals of the task force is to come out with guidelines for humanitarian medical missions at the end of the conference.
Some of the topics for consideration by this task force include managing requests and responses, organisation of teams, equipments and supplies, teams' protection, team composition, Patient follow-ups, education and research goals.
The topics of two papers that Dr.Jugindro had submitted for the conference in Singapore were 'Experience as relief volunteer in the Gujarat Earthquake' and 'Voluntary Health Missions in Myanmar by Shija Healthcare and Research Institute' .
Dr.Jugindra S.is currently working as a Consultant Surgeon and Director of Medical Services, Shija Hospitals and also President, East Zone of AMASI (Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India) .
