Lok Sabha MP and BJP Manipur-in-charge, Prahlad Singh Patel today inaugurated the Nirvana Global Infotech Computer Training Centre at Singjamei Chingamakha Tomal Leirak, under the Prime Minister Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKYV) .
Hemanta Sharma (National coordinator, National Skill Development Corporation), N Sumatibala (president, BJP Manipur Pradesh Mahila Morcha), N Nimbus (general secretary, BJP Manipur), Th Eliza (corporator, Ward no 16), Inunganbi (corporator, Ward no 18) and Irom Soni (BJP intending candidate, Singjamei Kendra) were also present at the event.
Speaking at the event, Irom Soni said, "PM Narendra Modi's Skill India Campaign will help eradicate the economic crisis in the country by providing Skill Development programmes to the youth" .
Prahlad Singh Patel said that the computer training centre will help in providing computer training free of cost to numerous unemployed youth in the State.
The Nationally recognised certificate to be provided to the youth after the completion of their training would be of immense help when they try to apply for jobs in various fields.
"Numerous youth will get jobs with the help of this scheme and this in turn will help in improving the economic condition of the State", he added.
