TSA Sadar Hills reaches out to orphan students

As part of its student welfare program mission, the Thadou Students' Association (TSA) Sadar Hills Kangpokpi district, reached out to orphan students in orphanage homes within Kangpokpi district during the pandemic.
The student body visited KC Children Home Kanglatongbi, Stephenos Children Home Leimakhong, Royal Children Home Leimakhong, Compassion Children Home Taloulong, Loagos Children Home Sipijang and Agape Children Home Kangpokpi in Gunhom area of Kangpokpi District.
Romen Lalginsei Lhouvum, vice president TSA Sadar Hills said the focus of the association is on the welfare of the student community and orphan students staying at various homes in the district.
The team decided to reach out to these home with food, so that the students can study in the homes without having to go hungry.
He also said that TSA Sadar Hills would strive to bring changes in the education system in the district and sought the support and cooperation of the public and community.
The TSA leader also conveyed gratitude to all those who rendered help in cash, kind and materials in reaching out to the orphan students.
